Based in Barbados, this singer/songwriter is best known for her chanting mixed with sugary tones in the genre of bashment soca. With her flowing lyrics and sweet-sounding voice, she has listeners wanting more. Whether it's a high-energy soca track, sweet lover's rock reggae tune , or cover of classic anthem... you find yourself entranced.

From the impressionable age of 6, she was exposed to Calypso music by her father Joel "Willo" Williams, which b e g a n h e r love affair with music. Deeply rooted within, SugaRhe made her debut in 2005 with "Luv 2 C", a self-penned soca song. In 2008, her hit single "Handle It" featuring Jaycee afforded her third place in the GotRhythm.com finals.

In 2017, a n original sweet soca piece titled "De Motion" got SugahRhe t o t h e semi-finals of Machel Montano's Music Academy. Also that year, she was a finalist in the International Bashment Soca competition with "Bare Trouble," a collaboration with Coopa Dan.

SUGAHRHE HAS REDEFINED HER SOUND WITH RELEASES SUCH AS "ANYWHERE, ANYWAY,"
"BIG BIKE," "REMINISCE," "TICK-TOK" (PRODUCED BY MONSTAPIECE AND D J KURT
RILEY OF JAMBIAN MUSIC), AND "ON MY WAY" W I T H GRAMMY AWARD - WINNING PRODUCER
JASON "JG" GILBERT OF SKORCH BUN IT.

In the following years, S u g a R h e maintained her status and returned to the Bashment Soca finals stage in 2018 with "Bounce" and in 2019 with "Press My Buttons". Also in 2019, SugaRhe w a s a Soca Monarch (Barbados) semi-finalist with "Sugah."

SugaRhe i s expanding her repertoire working with international producers and performing on stages such as the 2022 Caribbean Rhythm Showcase, Kingston, Jamaica;
at One Fete during Miami Carnival 2021 and opening for Farmer Nappy at a Backyard Jam event in Brooklyn, N e w York. In addition to her performing, SugaRhe is a songwriter penning for herself and is working towards penning for others in t h e industry.
